New Haven Homes, LLC started out specializing in wholesaling properties in the area surrounding New Haven, CT. The company is made up of 2 partners, each specializing in a different component of the company. We hope to expand our real estate services over the next few years to include rehabbing, buy and holds, creative financing, lease options, property management, and subject-to deals. We look forward to meeting and working with other investors and real estate service companies to help each other grow.
The purpose of our blogs is mainly to track our company’s journey through all of the successes, failures, accomplishments, and struggles of a new business. Hopefully this will be a story that will interest readers and be educational as well. We have recently broadened our focus to include articles on all facets of business and finance including, taxes, financial planning, goal setting, entreprenuership, and investing.
